Job Description
This Senior Data Scientist role will focus on developing and executing statistical, mathematical, and econometric models for business decision-making. The position involves financial planning, fraud detection, customer analytics, and other strategic initiatives. The role also requires model validation, model monitoring, and building solutions to improve efficiency and outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience as a model developer or model validator
- Knowledge of stress testing and regulatory requirements for model risk management
- Experience with industry best practice modeling techniques
- Experience with credit risk models
- Candidate must be proficient with R/Python/SAS/SQL or other statistical/econometric analysis software
- Ability to forge strong partnerships with business units
