Job Description
This Project Manager role requires a candidate to manage IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget. The position requires experience in global projects, particularly within PLM/MES/ERP systems and prior experience in delivering them using various methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Requirements
- Facilitating project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Defining and creating project plans
- Building, leading, and coaching project teams
- Monitoring financial delivery and issue management
- Tracking milestones and deliverables
- Leading global and cross-functional project teams
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with GxP validated systems
- PMP, PMI, or Scrum Master certification
- Track record delivering projects utilizing various delivery methodologies
