The Dean is responsible for leading the Faculty of Business, ensuring academic excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration with industry partners. This role involves leading faculty, providing strategic direction, budgeting, curriculum development, industry engagement, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in higher education and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Related PhD with a minimum of 8 years working experience including 5 years related practice experience in managing Higher Education institution
• Full Professor/Associate Professor advantage
• In-depth knowledge of PHEI Act 1996 (Act555) and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience in dealing with government officials
• Clear vision for future of Faculty
• Strategic and tactical plans development
• Proven leadership and management/supervisory experience
• Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and ability to manage budgets
• Demonstrated success in attracting resources
• Stakeholder management skills
