Job Description
This position is seeking a Jr. Helpdesk Assistant to provide remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting incidents, and ensuring proper documentation and communication with clients. This is a full-time position with regular on-call scheduling.
Requirements
- Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
