Customer Support - Mandarin - Teleperformer

Performer will provide customer support for a client in Mandarin or Cantonese, managing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues. The role involves handling customer concerns, processing payments, and ensuring customer loyalty. The position requires a friendly, empathetic, and proactive individual comfortable with both inbound and outbound communication.

Requirements

• Speak, read, and write in Mandarin or Cantonese (Traditional Chinese)
• Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer support in any industry
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
• B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)
• Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
