Job Description
The Customer Success Specialist role focuses on providing excellent support and guidance to Mandarin-speaking customers. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring fluency in both Mandarin and English, with flexibility to work a 24/7 shift schedule.

- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (spoken and written)
- 0-5 years of experience in customer service or related roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
