Job Description
TWG Group Holdings is seeking a Staff Data Scientist (VP) on the AI Science team to drive innovation and business transformation across financial, insurance, and technology sectors. This role focuses on designing and leading data science initiatives to enhance productivity, uncover growth opportunities, and foster a culture of responsible AI adoption. The Data Scientist will work closely with management, build impactful statistical and machine learning models, and mentor junior data scientists.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data science or applied statistics roles
- Expertise in supervised and unsupervised machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
- Experience leading data science projects from ideation to delivery
- Strong proficiency in Python (or R), with experience using modern data science libraries
- Solid foundation in SQL and data wrangling
- Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
