Embedded Senior Sales Executive, Aerospace & Defence

We're looking for an experienced Embedded Senior Sales Executive, Aerospace & Defence to help us grow our presence in the aerospace and defence markets. As a self-driven, results-oriented sales professional, you will lead Tuxera's expansion across global aerospace and defence markets, with a primary focus on Europe and the United States.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in aerospace, defence, or advanced technology sales in international markets
• Proven success winning business with major primes, OEMs, or Tier-1 suppliers
• Strong understanding of aerospace and defence ecosystems, including supplier networks and industrial clusters
• Background in embedded systems, software, or complex technology solutions (experience with composites or materials is a plus, but not required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, from technical teams to senior executives
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a global, cross-functional team
