We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our China team in Shanghai. The company is in a high growth phase of its development and the immediate requirement is to maintain and accelerate this growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in consultative Software sales, hunting and building accounts, preferably in the High-Touch, High-Value space.
- Familiarity and confidence in selling complex deep-tech embedded software, service and solutions targeting design engineering, software architects and technical decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Experience in one or more of the following verticals: Industrial Automation, Smart Energy, Automotive, Medical Device, Aerospace & Transportation.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP based secure connectivity and/or software flash data storage technologies such as file systems and flash translation layers.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards such as functional safety or cyber security.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Enginering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proficient in spoken and written both English and Mandarin.
