Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Contracts Management
- Degree in a technical field: Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Commercial Management, Project Management
- Professional accreditations such as PQS/CEC, MRICS or equivalent
- Cost management experience on Real Estate projects exceeding $100M
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in commercial software (e.g., CostX, Aconex/Unifier)
