Turner Staffing Group is seeking a dynamic mining Heavy Equipment Mechanic to work at our fast-growing, forward thinking mining staffing company in Bloomington, Indiana. We are looking for a knowledgeable mining mechanic who is not afraid to jump into every detail and wants to be in a place where continuous learning and growth is the norm.

Requirements

• Follow a consistent and regular schedule to perform various types of maintenance and repair on all onsite assets
• Perform repairs and maintenance using tools, machine tools and measuring instruments
• Diagnose and troubleshoot systems and structures
• Recondition and repair parts
• Operate and test all equipment
• Diagnoses problem areas for any significant wear and tear
• Produce detailed reports and repair logs
• Follow all established procedures and protocols
• Build positive relationships with internal and external teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned
