Job Description
We are hiring a Contracts Specialist for an onsite project near Battle Mountain, Nevada. The ideal candidate has experience in contract administration and supplier management in heavy industry settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field – or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of directly related contracts and procurement experience
- At least 3 years of experience purchasing Heavy Mining Equipment (HME) and Light Vehicles
- Experience developing RFQs/RFPs and leading negotiations
- Proficient with SAP procurement functions (buyer role)
- Familiarity with Ariba or similar sourcing/contract management platforms
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
