Chemical Process Engineer

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology solutions. The Process Manufacturing Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain new and improved manufacturing systems to improve methods related to printed circuit boards. The role will involve developing budgets, project plans, and performing cost/benefit analysis on new and existing manufacturing process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• 5 years' experience in related field, Printed Circuit board or similar Electronic Manufacturing preferred
• Experience in value-add manufacturing with chemical, mechanical, imaging, or polymer processes
• Adept in using MES systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and a working knowledge of Minitab, PowerPoint
• Familiar with world class manufacturing principles of: DOE, FMEA, Jidoka/Andon, TPM, 6S
• Experience with machine automation and Factory 4.0 concepts preferred
