As a Go-To-Market Coordinator, you will partner with project team members and business leaders to create and deliver amazing customer experiences. You will have three primary responsibilities: project leadership, event coordination, and creation of dashboards, profiles, videos, reports, web content, and other collateral.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined professional experience in project management, process improvement, sales, data analytics, event coordination, and/or business consulting
- Project Management certification (PMP) or active engagement in obtaining certification
- Strong proficiency in Asana and Excel
- Established capabilities for creating structure and leading formal and informal projects using hybrid and/or agile project delivery methods
- Ability to identify and solve issues with incomplete data and little direction on concurrent long and short project durations
- Experience in and understanding of operating within large-scale, global, and matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources for both in-person and virtual events
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, unexpected change, and the flexibility to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
