We are looking for an HR Planner with experience who can keep an overview, even in dynamic situations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, communicates clearly and professionally, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a planner, preferably in security or a similar organization
• Proficient in Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
• Communicatively strong, takes the initiative and remains calm under pressure
• Experience with Excel, Word and planning software is a plus
• Completed MBO-4 or HBO education
• Knowledge of collective agreements in event security, hospitality and object security industry
