We are looking for a Centralist who forms the beating heart of our operations, coordinating communication between different departments and ensuring smooth operations during events. As a Centralist, you will contribute to a safe and efficient execution of our activities.

Requirements

• Receive, analyze, process, and handle reports according to established procedures.
• Operate technical systems such as portofoons, CCTV, computers, telephony, and fire alarm panels.
• Function as a central information point for colleagues and external emergency services.
• Scale up and coordinate communication during large-scale incidents.
• Maintain communication discipline and ensure a clear conversation climate.
• Identify and resolve issues with the alarm system.
• Ensure accurate reporting of incidents and deployment procedures.
• Effective communication and collaboration with all parties involved.
