Primary Care Physician (PCP)

We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our practice in Steele Creek, Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be comfortable practicing autonomously and independently, and will be responsible for managing a patient load of approximately 20 to 25 patients per day.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain one in North Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience with "Integrated team-based care" model
