Job Description
Truveta is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to join the Healthcare Analytics team, focused on delivering clinical and administrative leaders with actionable insights through data. The team is building metrics, dashboards, and benchmarks to inspire adoption of Truveta's data platform, which aims to improve health outcomes. This role involves both analytical skills and collaboration with clinical, quality, and operational leaders.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate in data analysis, clinical informatics, epidemiology, public health, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing EHR data or other real-world data sources.
- 2+ years of experience building dashboards, benchmarks, or metrics.
- 2+ years of experience working with relational databases.
- Knowledge of clinical terminologies (ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm, NDC).
- Strong communication skills.
