Trustpoint One has partnered with a leading law firm in its search for a Litigation Attorney. The position is located on the western side of Michigan. Requirements
- Prepare for trials and hearings.
- Manage the litigation process including discovery, motion practice, etc.
- Review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Collaborate with attorneys and devise litigation strategies for the firm’s clients.
