Job Description
The Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager I/II will leverage commercial lending skills to manage portfolio and provide loan packages, property inspections and other duties, contributing to departmental goals. This role involves loan pricing, business development, portfolio management, and customer service, aiming to optimize profitability and build relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of three years proven commercial lending/credit experience
- Experience with real estate or commercial lending risk analysis
- Developed understanding of lending and credit approval process
- Practical working knowledge of sales principles
- Detailed knowledge of credit analysis practice and procedure
- Knowledge of products and services offered by financial services institutions
- Strong analytical and communication skills
