Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training within SaaS, Fintech, or a similarly complex B2B environment
- Experience in enterprise sales, long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and non-linear deal journeys
- Ability to stand in front of senior sellers, earn trust quickly, and turn strategy into practical execution
- Data-minded, using data to show what's working and what's not
- Tech-savvy, with experience in Salesforce and Gong
