Corporate Secretary (Full-time)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Company Secretary to provide corporate governance and company secretarial support across TrustFlight's Jersey entity and Subsidiarie companies.

Requirements

• Entitled to work in Jersey and able to be based in St. Helier.
• Proven experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance, or regulated administration role.
• Working knowledge of Jersey and UK corporate filings, statutory registers, and governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint/Teams)
