We are seeking a People Operations Manager to join our team. Your tasks will include optimizing our internal People Operations processes, supporting employee development, and driving business development in the HR area forward.
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics, business administration, psychology, HR management, sociology, or comparable qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in the HR field, Employee Experience, or People Operations
- High degree of self-responsibility, innovation spirit, and joy in designing new processes
- Good German and English language skills (at least C1 in both languages)
