AI Strategy Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks include analyzing business processes, identifying optimization potential through AI, and developing customized AI strategies. You will work with specialist departments to create concepts, feasibility studies, and prototypes, and implement and optimize continuous AI solutions. Additionally, you will conduct workshops and training sessions to promote AI understanding and accompany the transformations of our customers in the AI area.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, computer science, technical, natural science, mathematical, or related discipline
• 1-2 years of professional experience as a consultant
• Relevant experience in implementing AI solutions in a corporate environment
• Experience in leading teams and project organization
• Familiarity with common AI and ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Langchain) and database systems (vector/graph databases)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Passionate about artificial intelligence and visionary view of how AI can transform the business world
• Proficiency in Python and experience with development standards in the corporate context
• Team-oriented, performance-oriented, flexible, communicative, and self-motivated
• Well-developed presentation and moderation skills
• Travel-ready
• Good German skills and secure English skills in word and writing
