Job Description
The Pediatric Center of Frederick is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Mental Health Therapist to join their pediatric primary care practice. This role involves providing integrated behavioral health care, conducting evaluations, and developing treatment plans for children and adolescents. Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), or Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
- Experience providing behavioral health care to children aged 5-18 years old
- Proficient diagnosing and treating children and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression
- Strong skills in evaluation, triage, and development of treatment plans
- Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Ability to work effectively within a medical team, ensuring holistic care coordination
