Job Description
Trust for Public Land is seeking a Director of Philanthropy for the Northern Rockies region. The Director will be responsible for building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and securing major gifts to support the organization's work in the region and nationally. The Director will work closely with executive, program, and philanthropy leadership to leverage resources and elevate the organization's work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of major gift fundraising experience
- Ability to organize and motivate others
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices in fundraising
- Experience in planning and managing action plans and projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills
