Job Description
Trulieve is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to assist the Director of Manufacturing in driving continuous improvement and lean activities. This role involves five S, Value Stream Mapping, Floor Management Development, and Kaizen projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and minimizing waste. The company provides hand-grown products for patients seeking relief from seizures, muscle spasms, and other medical conditions.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with Processing Manager and internal/external customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization skills, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
