Call Center Representative - Retention

We're looking for a Call Center Representative with a year of experience in sales and customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated by results and has a strong passion for sales.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business Administration
• 1 year of experience in customer service equivalent to education
• 1 year of experience in sales
• 1 year of experience in call center (preferable)
• Analytical ability
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to express oneself fluently (oral and written) in both English and Spanish
• Basic knowledge in Excel and Word
