Requirements
- Balance sheet account reconciliation
- Prepare general ledger account analyses
- Maintain Revenue recognition processes
- Work with Staff Accountants to reconcile all bank accounts monthly
- Assist in aggregating and recording month end expense accruals
- Prepare month end journal entries
- Manage and reconcile all intercompany transactions
- Research and propose recommended solutions to open items on balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month end ancillary package and hyperion trial balance uploads
- Serves as a back-up for various areas within the Shared Service Department
- Assist with internal and external audits as required
- Assist with Ad hoc requests as assigned
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal controls
