Automation & Robotics Internship

The intern will assist the automation project team and technicians in designing, building, programming, and testing new custom automated robotic machines, as well as troubleshooting and repairing automated and robotic cells.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Completion of at least one year of technical school in Automation or Electrical Technology required.
• Basic knowledge and use of basic hand tools is preferred.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Strong time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Positive, collaborative, and open-minded attitude.
• Self-motivated, responsible and ambitious.
• Ability to apply good judgment and make decisions independently.
• Effective professional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Can represent themselves, the department and the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Ability to work well and effectively communicate with team members.
• Computer skills: General computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred, but not required.
