Dishwasher

We are a full-service restaurant collection seeking a dishwasher to join our team. The dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring proper sanitation levels, and supporting the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Operate and maintain the dish machine
• Ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
