Job Description
True Anomaly is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the identification, capture, and growth of new opportunities for their technology in space security and sustainability. The role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the DoD's acquisition process, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and key stakeholders. This is a critical position within a rapidly growing space security technology company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of acquisition, business development and/or capture experience in government and/or private sector in defense technology.
- Knowledge of and experience working with Program Executive Offices, Defense Acquisition Programs and other key stakeholder organizations across the DoD and Intelligence Community.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- US government security clearance (TS/SCI strongly preferred).
