State Affairs Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and motivated State Affairs Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator will work closely with the Troutman Pepper Strategies team to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Document and standardize business processes
• Manage engagement letters, conflicts clearance, and new matter openings
• Track client-derived action items
• Prepare and file required ethics reports
• Plan and coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and presentations
• Interface with clients, attend meetings and events as needed
• Maintain and update client contact information
• Partner with Business Development to develop and refresh collateral
• Provide administrative guidance and serve as a point of contact for Interns
• Maintain strict confidentiality of firm and client information
