We are seeking a talented Paralegal to join our Consumer Financial Services litigation practice group. The successful candidate will work on client matters, projects, and attorney teams, and will have an annual billing component to this role.
Requirements
- Conduct research in online legal resource platforms
- Analyze and summarize legal sources
- Work with litigation e-discovery and case management databases
- Assist with deposition preparation
- Organize and maintain large matter files
- Collect, organize, and Bates stamp documents
- Review and analyze documents in large document productions
- Assist with trial preparation
- Retrieve public records from online resources or directly from government institutions
- Summarize depositions or other legal documents
- Draft and prepare legal documents
- Perform paralegal duties and responsibilities as directed by attorneys
- Maintain the firm's official matter file
- Track and record client-billable time and non-billable hours
- Maintain and prioritize work responsibly
