The Esplanade by the Islands is seeking a Pool Attendant to provide superior service to members and guests, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool and spa areas.
Requirements
- Monitor pool and spa areas for guest safety and compliance with rules and regulations
- Provide courteous and professional service to members and guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool, spa, deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
- Set up, straighten, and secure lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels as needed
- Conduct routine water quality checks and report concerns immediately
- Observe weather conditions and follow procedures for pool/spa closures
- Report incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management promptly
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the pool and spa areas
- Ensure all amenities are properly stocked and organized
- Enforce resort policies respectfully and professionally
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members
- Complete checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures
- Perform other duties as required
