Westmoreland Country Club is seeking an Executive Chef to lead their hospitality environment and provide superior service.
Requirements
- Supervises food preparation, cost quality, quantity inventories, portion control menu planning, recipes and testing of samples submitted by purchasing department
- Develops standard recipes for all dishes to ensure proper portion control, uniformity of taste and quality
- Assists with interviewing and hiring of applicants for employment, training program, and work schedules
- Assists in preparing inventories, budget forecast, and revising work schedules
- Completes market lists, assists in ordering of necessary items, and inspects received foods
- Assists line cooks during peak hours, coordinates special functions, and incorporates safe work practices
