Shipper Material Handler (NIGHTS)

Shipper Material Handler (NIGHTS) is responsible for maximizing the selection and loading process of Trivium products by ensuring accurate orders, meeting set schedules, and maintaining product integrity and quality standards. The role involves safely operating a powered industrial truck, accurately and efficiently servicing production lines and packaging equipment, and preparing documentation to maintain high-quality finished products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to attain Forklift certification
• Experience in high volume manufacturing preferred
• Experience in warehousing, freight handling, and / or forklift operations
• Ability to effectively document product fills with accuracy
• Maintain a safe operating record for powered industrial equipment
• Ability to present ideas effectively, actively listen, and work across functional boundaries with the ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and third-party carriers
• Ability to influence others
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work all shifts including 8 or 12- hour shifts, daylight, and off-shifts as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
