Job Description
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving overall plant quality through the implementation of process quality systems, while ensuring all quality related issues are addressed to achieve maximum efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical or relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing
- 4 years quality experience
- Excellent management/leadership aptitude
- Knowledge of Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certification
- Experience with can manufacturing improvement methods implementation
- Experience managing self-directed work forces
