Job Description
We are hiring a programmatic support expert to serve as the frontline problem solver for our demand ecosystem, focusing on demand partners and issues, with expertise in DSP knowledge, buyer trafficking fluency, and Triton tools.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in programmatic advertising across DSPs and agency operations
- Proven DSP relationships and escalation pathways
- SSP/OpenRTB fluency: understand bid requests/responses, deal IDs, targeting envelopes, content/brand suitability, and auction dynamics
- Forensics mindset: Hypothesis-driven debugging, log analysis, packet/JSON inspection
- Relationship excellence: high credibility with partners; clear written/verbal communication in English
