Job Description
TripleLift is seeking a Sales Training & Enablement Manager to elevate global sales performance and serve as the voice of the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical sales and marketing dynamics, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable resources.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or revenue operations
- Proven ability to build and scale training programs
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using sales data to drive decisions and measure impact
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams
- Experience creating scalable enablement content
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CRMs, and sales intelligence tools
