Job Description
We are looking for a Client Operations Executive to support the Client Operations Team in onboarding new clients and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in the financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of application processing
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Solid understanding of UK Regulations for Know Your Client and Anti Money Laundering rules
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
