As a Business Travel Consultant II at Navan, you will be responsible for supporting travelers with best-in-class travel support, maintaining supplier and destination knowledge, and providing regular feedback to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in TMC/BT Consultant Role
- 2+ years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to intermediate level
- IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2)
- Customer Service experience within a contact center or customer facing role
- Tech Savvy with experience in Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce
- Reliable and flexible with non-traditional shifts
- Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters efficiently
- An empathetic disposition with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Independent thinking with ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries
- Team player with interest in travel and basic understanding of world geography
