As the primary point of contact for business partners, this role delivers exceptional customer service and supports all procurement operations related needs. The role includes managing ServiceNow requests, shared mailboxes, and incoming inquiries; coordinating with cross-functional teams; and supporting Third Party Risk Management activities.
Requirements
- Supports the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, including stakeholder management, vendor engagement, and critical issue resolution
- Research, analyzes, and responds to incoming inquiries; assigns tasks to category managers and provides timely updates on open requests
- Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting by extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Documents and maintains Procurement processes, procedures, and workflows through interviews, review of materials, and development of supporting documentation
- Identifies bottlenecks and root causes, drives issues to resolution, and recommends process improvements and automation opportunities
- Maintains the Procurement SharePoint site, ensuring content accuracy and timely updates
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and Compliance to support procurement operations and organizational requirements
- Supports adoption of new processes, tools, and system enhancements
