Job Description
As a Manager in the Benefits Support Services team, you will lead a specialized function within TriNet’s benefits operations. You will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Overall 8 plus yrs of experience, of which 5 years of experience in benefits administration, customer support, or HR operations
- 2 plus years’ experience in a People Management role is essential
- Proficiency in benefits administration platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
