TriNet is a leading provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small to midsize businesses (SMBs). We are seeking an Accountant (Payroll Tax Accounting) to join our team. The role involves applying GAAP in performing account reconciliations, analyzing financial transactions, preparing journal entries and financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting
- Experience in Fortune 1000 size company (publicly traded) with high volume transactions and disciplined close process
- Theoretical and practical grasp of US GAAP
- Understanding of accounting processes and ERP systems
- Basic understanding of US payroll tax
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel skills
