Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Developer to design and develop a next-generation, AI-first fleet management platform built from the ground up with a cloud-native architecture. This is a greenfield opportunity for an innovator who thrives on building intelligent systems that scale, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency, driver safety, and compliance in fleet operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
- Total 5+ years of software development and software architecture experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML field.
- Deep expertise in LLMs and NLP technologies (Transformers, LangChain, etc.)
- Databases: PostgreSQL.
- Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Understanding of data privacy, digital identity verification, and compliance.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
