• Design, develop, and launch comprehensive training curricula for advanced machine control installation and technical troubleshooting across the Specialty portfolio
• Spearhead training needs analysis to identify critical skill gaps and craft tailored, virtual, and in-person learning journeys
• Manage and innovate the hardware and site infrastructure used for hands-on training
• Lead large-scale technical presentations, translating complex positioning and modeling data into engaging, high-impact sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on hardware and software improvements
