Requirements

• Proven sales track record and at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales for complex solutions in logistics or SaaS
• Experience in Hybrid Sales managing both new business acquisition (Hunter) and key account development (Farmer)
• Proficient English and Italian language skills, mandatory
• International organizational experience, preferably in a large-scale or private equity-owned global company
• Resilient and focused mindset, with the ability to manage complex deals and a commitment to deliberate practice and personal development
