QA Automation Engineer / SDET (AI)

Trimble has an opening for a Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET) Level 2 position in Mexicali. The AI SDET is responsible for improving the quality of software releases through automation processes and tools enhancements.

Requirements

• Test new AI components that are embedded in Trimble products
• Develop and adapt AI test tools to our QA processes with a focus on increasing productivity
• Implement and maintain automation scripts and test automation framework
• Continuously evaluate and improve defined software processes, incorporating AI
• Perform moderately complex functional, application, regression, and performance testing
• Define test objectives and collaborate with the QA Team and other departments to achieve project goals
• Detecting and mitigating model biases and risks
• Apply evaluation concepts on LLM, computer vision, speech recognition, or any AI tools developed for Trimble products
• Strategize and plan improvements in QA processes, tools, and best practices
