- Handle on-call rotation and complex troubleshooting
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and parts organized, safe, and ready for action
- Learn from experienced technicians or mentor junior team members
- Share best practices and collaborate to strengthen team expertise
- Lead and follow safety protocols
- Perform safety checks on tools, vehicles, and equipment regularly
- Use company tablet to document work orders and service reports accurately
- Partner with customers, manufacturers, and sales reps to ensure top-notch service
